Anatolia Grand Opening Features Chance to Win Shopping Spree (October 8, 2005)
 
Grand Opening Event Begins Today!
 
SACRAMENTO, CA - Prospective Anatolia homebuyers can shop for a new home - and win a chance to "shop 'til they drop" - during Anatolia's Grand Opening event, kicking off today. The event will offer the opportunity to tour models and see over 50 floor plans featured by 10 of the region's top builders, as well as enter a contest to win shopping sprees of $100 or a grand prize of a $2,500 shopping spree at the merchant of their choice.
 
"Shoppers" can visit the Anatolia Information Center today through October 16th to pick up their registration cards, a Grand Opening Model Tour Guide, and the Anatolia Shopping Bag-designed to hold brochures, floorplans, and community information. They then proceed to tour the model homes in the community's 16 villages-to validate their entry.
 
"This is a unique opportunity to browse through these wonderful new communities -- and perhaps win a shopping spree in the process," said Eleni Tsakopoulos-Kounalakis, president of AKT Development and Anatolia partner.
 
The 1,035-acre master planned community showcases a complement of home villages, retail destinations, and recreational opportunities all set among acres of natural wetlands and open space.
 
The centerpiece of the community, the resort-style Clubhouse at Anatolia - an 11,000-square-foot social and recreational club - includes a 3,000-square-foot lap pool, a family activity pool, children's wading pool, two Jacuzzi spas, gazebos, shade trellises, a large patio area off the salon, drawing room, parlor with outdoor seating, a fountain and fireplace. A 4-acre public park will surround the Clubhouse with miles of lush green landscape. Currently under construction, The Clubhouse is expected to open next summer.
 
The sixteen $100 gift card winners and the one $2,500 grand prize shopping spree winner will be drawn the week of October 16. Prizewinners will be notified by phone or e-mail and may pick up their gift cards at the information center.
 
"This is our way of saying thank you to the many people who will come to tour these model homes," Tsakopoulos-Kounalakis said. "We think they will be excited as we are about Anatolia, and we believe that many will find the home of their dreams.
 
"Today's kick-off will feature two event locations. In Anatolia North at the Information Center, visitors will enjoy hot dogs, drinks and a balloon artist for the kids; in Anatolia South, entertainment will be at the end of Anatolia Drive and will include a bounce house, popcorn, snow cones and face painting.
 
Ten regionally and nationally renowned builders are represented in Anatolia's 17 villages, which will include the following:

• Mastery at Anatolia by Cambridge Homes, with 4 to 5-bedroom homes ranging from 2,664 to 3,942 square feet.
• Estancia by DR Horton, with three, four and five-bedroom options from 1,531 to 2,632 square feet.
• The Masters by JTS Communities, with up to six bedrooms and up to 3,550 square feet.
• The Estates by JTS Communities, with up to six bedrooms in 2,450 to 5,600 square feet.
• Morrison Homes at Anatolia, with three to six bedrooms ranging from 1,513 to 2,813 square feet.
• Evania by Pulte Homes, with three to five bedrooms ranging from 2,042 to 3,165 square feet.
• Artistry by Renaissance Homes, offering four, five and six-bedroom models between 2,176 and 3,733 square feet in size.
• Regalia by Renaissance Homes, featuring three to five bedrooms and ranging from 1,478 to 2,389 square feet.
